I had a problem with my order, so I reached out to support not really knowing what to expect. They got back to me faster than I thought they would and were easy to deal with. It did take a few messages back and forth to get everything sorted, but they didn’t make it feel overly complicated or frustrating. i was relieved by the end of it and really appreciated that they cared enough to help.

The weird part is, the tracking on bricstore.com said my order was still processing, and then it randomly showed up at my door that same day. Before that, it hadn’t updated for almost a week, so I had no clue where my stuff actually was. I reached out to support and they basically just told me to keep checking the tracking, which wasn’t helpful at all. Annoying experience overall.

I was about to place an order, but once I got to the payment page I just didn’t feel comfortable. There wasn’t much clear info about security, and the whole thing had that weird feeling like there wasn’t a real person or company behind it. I backed out before entering my card details. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I didn’t want to risk it.

I got the confirmation email and figured everything was fine, but after that there were no updates at all and the order never arrived. I had to keep checking my email and tracking info like an idiot, which was such a waste of energy. Really frustrating experience...

For what I paid, it seemed like a fair deal. Nothing over-the-top amazing, but my gut says I got good value overall.

I was about to place an order on bricstore.com, but once I saw the shipping cost, I kind of stopped and stared at the total. It felt like the price jumped way more than it should have, almost like the cheaper item price was there to get me in the cart before the shipping made up the difference.

I know shipping costs money and I’m not expecting everything to be free, but for what I was buying, it just didn’t make sense. Maybe it works out better if you’re placing a big order, but for me it felt excessive, so I ended up closing the cart instead...

Nothing was actually broken, so I decided to keep it rather than deal with a return, but I do think they should use better padding. Overall it was okay for what I paid, just not as good as it could’ve been.

The order showed up on time, so that was good. Nice. But the packaging was a little underwhelming. The box had a dent in it and there wasn’t much padding inside, so I definitely had that “uh oh” moment when I opened it. Luckily, nothing was damaged. Relief. For the price, I just expected it to be packed with a bit more care. Not awful, just could be better next time.

The quality seems good overall, I think. A few of the pieces had some rough edges, so it’s not completely perfect, but maybe that’s to be expected? Still feels like a decent buy.
